Great experience that we recommend to all who have the spare time in Sorrento. I am a Celiac, but they made sure that i could participate in the pizza making and enjoy a delicious pizza. They made the gluten free pizza before hand. Since the dough has to rise for 24 hours anyways, I could jointhe pizza making with regular flour. This was not a problem as long as i washed my hands carefully after the cooking.

This was such a fabulous experience! I brought my five kids and they loved it. Also I have celiac disease and they helped me make the best gluten free pizza, also having me at a separate station so that there was no contamination. Laura was our teach and she was so knowledgeable and fun! I highly recommend this for anyone but also so great for families and anyone that needs gluten free.
