When I hear "paleo," I expect to have something that is dry, starchy, and not that delicious. Sandra's treats blew my expectations out of the water! I especially love her orange cranberry bread and chocolate chip cookies. Her treats are moist and flavorful - you don't even miss the gluten! (And I appreciate that she has an ingredient list ready for every item.) I'm excited that she's offering special orders in the "off-season" for the farmer's markets, too. Thanks, Sandra!
