I placed an online order for pick up. When I went to pick up the order I noticed that none of the condiments or utensils were in the bag. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to help me, I finally called to someone behind the bar and asked for the items missing. The girl that helped me, had a look on her face like I was the most annoying person ever. She also proceeded to explain that orders are only supposed to come with one piece of condiment each. I told her, "well, I paid extra to get more in the app." She just huffed and walked away.
When I got home, I realized that half the order was still missing. There was no sausage that is supposed to come with the pancakes. And I paid extra for gluten free toast, which was not in it either.
I feel like I always have an issue when picking up orders from here.
Edit to the management having read this: I also realized the pancakes were wrong. I decided to call the restaurant at this point. He told me that he wished I had called the restaurant before writing a review. We'll, I wish that my order hadn't been so screwed up!!
