Great place to start your day with a reasonably priced coffee or smoothie. Food options are amazing with plenty of gluten free, keto and vegetarian options. Happy hour on drinks Thursday -Saturday from 4 to close! Half off all drinks can't beat that. Breakfast is served all day. Huge open area eating with lots of windows.

Coffee and food were great! We both got nitros and they were smooth and strong! I got a sandwich, super tasty. My wife got toast on gluten free bread and she was happy. Staff was very friendly and we were glad to see parking was easy and free. We aren't from Dallas but if we lived here we'd come back. Didn't have any rude interactions with staff or owner like other reviews. Only weird smell was in the pet friendly patio area... To be expected.
