Toasted

I liked my first visit at Toasted! It's in the former Sylvesters space... Very nice waitstaff... sit at a table or at the bar... I had hash and eggs and it was spot-on :)) Good coffee and they have Gluten free options!

So happy another scrumptious breakfast has moved into the old Sylvester's building! Corned beef hash benny was amazing! Most places have home fries that are undercooked and too firm but these were perfectly soft but with a nice crisp from the griddle. The spice blend on them was delightful. My husband's reuben was good too. Plentiful corned beef and nice, evenly grilled bread. The pancake we tried had an interesting wobbly edge which offered a nice little crispness and it came with two flavored butters that tasted great. It maybe was a hair tougher than a ideal, wondering if maybe it got overworked slightly and too much gluten formed or if it's just how they like making them? Regardless, I'll definitely order it again and come back soon to try the rest of the menu. Love what they did to the interior! Such a bright, beautiful and roomy space. Bring in am espresso machine soon, please!
