I was here on a day in November, visiting from Canada, when the rest of my family was at the football game. I ordered the smoked salmon toast with gluten free bread (I am gluten intolerant but not celiac). They explained how they used separate toaster, board, utensils to avoid contamination. I also have a dairy allergy and they substituted the ricotta with hummus. The food was delicious! I can’t remember the last time I had such a savoury lunch. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend the Ann Arbor location!

Wow! Just amazing fresh, healthy food .. on toast (: and so good for you smoothies. Gluten free bread options were so tasty! Put this one one you short list to visit … then go over and over again. Felt like European cafes I’ve been too.
