Toasushi Saint-Genis-Laval

Superb service, after a very complex request (gluten-free, etc.), the staff was able to meet all our expectations, and even exceed them (changing the recipes, swapping the rolls within the tray, etc.). Very surprised by such friendliness and efficiency in a chain, which accepted the offer that we had found a few days earlier without complaining! The sushi was very good, very fresh, some with a little too much rice or poorly cut, hence the 4 stars, but it is only a small deficiency which can be easily resolved!
