Marc was our host today and he was very welcoming and attentive. My husband has celiac disease and Marc was very accommodating to help with the allergen guide to avoid Gluten. We find when eating out in most venues that staff can be uncomfortable about dealing with people with allergens or make him or us feel uncomfortable. But that was not the case here, Marc and the employee behind the carvery (sorry we didn't catch his name) were patient and kind whilst ensuring my husband could enjoy a meal without feeling like a nuisance. The atmosphere was great and the food was delicious. Thank you for a pleasant trip, we will absolutely return when we can.

We were served by Amber who immediately put my partner at ease with his gluten intolerance and offered to have the food made fresh. Bit of a long wait time but worth it as it meant he didn’t need to worry about cross contamination when eating. He chose standard size and it was plenty. Loads of food on there and defintly filling. The rest of us had the standard plates and loaded our food up. All in all Amber was very friendly and defintly deserves a promotion. The lady on the door with black hair and glasses had a lovely friendly smile and a very welcoming attitude which was nice to see. I hadn’t been to Toby’s in 6 years before this and I was glad to go again and will be coming soon for dinner again.

Visited for Mothers day with my Husband and daughter, both are coeliac. We were asked on arrival if there was any one with Allergies. When we said Coeliac our waitress Amber explained their procedure and asked us to complete a form which she would take to the kitchen for the meals to be cooked from scratch. There was a wait but it was worth it as The Chief Manager Kieran brought their meals to the table, which were delicious with the added assurance of been Gluten free. Thank you for a lovely meal on a special day, will be going again.
