Gluten Free: I didn't get any celiac symptoms. Could improve base by allowing bubbles to rise, either by not using a rolling pin (use hands) or revising the recipe. It was quite crunchy but tasty. Overall too much oil which might have been from cheese, unsure if extra oil was drizzled on top. Toppings seemed of good quality. Very fast service, I got takeaway but looked like a nice vibe inside.
