The best croissants in Bologna, especially the sweet hollow ones.
Unfortunately I have become celiac and can no longer enjoy them: there are gluten-free croissants but, as far as I know, packaged and I have not yet tasted them.
All the savory products are also very good.
The cappuccinos have good foam, super approved.
The staff and owner are friendly.
The beauty of this bar, in addition to the truly excellent food, is that it offers many different newspapers (Repubblica, Resto del Carlino, etc.).
I'm waiting for the day when they stock up on fresh gluten-free pastries 🤞.
