Less than helpful staff. Clueless as to what gluten free or vegan meant. Explained blood sugar was dropping and needed food stat.
Bagged all items separately and I had no clue sauce was separate as I ate dry poke bowl while son drove. It wasn't until we got home that he discovered sauce underneath his order.
Why would you charge for meat if customer request no meat, but charge extra if they ask for nuts instead?

I have Celiacs, so I'm limited to sushi places, and Asian food in general. I have never gotten sick here, or at the Academy location. The sushi is always yummy, as is the surf n turf bowl. Very accommodating to my intolerance to gluten!
