Roughly only took a half hour from the point of walking in the door to being done with my meal. Probably one of the better places in Pierre to eat in my opinion. Honestly it was a little bit of a struggle finding gluten free options at first, since their isn’t a separate menu you have to ask or be knowledge about the rolls and how they are different here. But the staff work with you and now that they’ve all dealt with it they navigate your options easier now. But the food is taste, the service is super strong as everyone will check in with you and how your meal is going, and the options are varied. I suggest the steak hibachi if you aren’t a sushi person.
