Tom's Burger

During today's visit, a big disappointment, the staff unwilling to specify the content of the burger, when requesting a gluten-free burger, the staff only pointed to the menu above. The staff didn't offer us a loyalty card, when we asked if they would issue it to us, she sternly replied that we didn't ask for it and said that we have to tell each other in advance next time. The food was prepared very quickly, immediately after taking a bite it was clear to us that they prepare the meat here a long time in advance, because it was dried and crumbled, without the taste of fresh preparation. There were stones or some sand in the salad so we had to take it out of the burger. The sweet potato fries were so greasy that it was completely obvious to repeatedly put them in the fryer. Due to the previous reluctance of the operator, we gave up the complaint and instead decided to share our experience. Conclusion: a big disappointment, we are not even surprised that we were almost alone in the restaurant. Even the attendant was not waiting for other customers and was not visible. Super burgers at a great price, they also offer tasty gluten-free buns. The premises in OC are pleasant and spacious.
