We didn't stay in the hotel but visited for dinner on our last night, lovely restaurant with gluten free options of pizza, pasta although they don't advertise it, fantastic steaks,

We went there because they advertise an offer of gluten free pizzas and pastas (I’m allergic to gluten and dairy products Don’t go there: - the gluten free pizzas are actually frozen pizzas, I discovered it when I asked them to remove the mozzarella - I took some gluten free spaghetti, it was very very bland, I can do better at home - the service was lacking and honestly condescending The worst part: nowhere on the menu was it written how much the extra for gluten free was. We only discovered when we paid that it was an extra 6 euros! On a 10 euros dish! The max I’ve ever been charged for gluten free extra was 2 euros tops. When I pointed out that we never had been informed beforehand and that it was extremely high, the person who took our payment just went « it’s the boss orders, I just work here ». There are much better places very nearby to eat gluten free food, go there instead.
