Gluten free pizza is a crap shoot. I've been going to Tony's pizza for over 25 years. I have politely requested that my gluten free pizza be cooked so it is not burned or so it is not raw. Sometimes I win. Today I was told they couldn't be responsible for cooking gluten free pizza during the busy lunch hour and time the cooking and place the pizza in the oven properly to avoid 🔥 burning. Stupid gluten free customer that I am.
