First off, the place smells DELICIOUS. So far my husband and I have had the waffles and the protein shakes. AMAZING. The guy said it’s him and his wife who own and run the place. I’m so happy to have a local DELICIOUS place with nutritious, gluten free and dairy free options!!!

Tooele has been in desperate need of a healthy protein food option, and one that’s gluten-free! This is perfect! The cheesy waffle was DELICIOUS! We also got the chocolate PB waffle; it could use more drizzle, but the taste was great. The drinks are 32oz but about half is ice, so that was a little disappointing. Very refreshing on a hot day, plus added collagen and protein! All in all, it’s a great place and I will definitely go back!
