First I have the say that the service here was excellent. I "thought" I had an issue with my order, and they re-made it with no questions asked and was very nice during the ordeal.
When I got my original order, I looked and it looked like I had gotten regular buns instead of gluten free buns. This is what prompted the call and the remake of the order. When I got there, the gentleman let me know that they have changed their gluten free buns, and it looks similar to their regular buns. Once I got home, I couldn't find any information on this. No social media posts, nothing on the website. Having this information would've saved the cooks from making the order twice, and me having to drive there twice.
The bun itself was different. It was a bit more spongey than the UDI's bun, and other places, but still wasn't a bad option. I will obviously be back here, and the customer service is....top notch.
