Came here tonight for a birthday dinner for 4. The service was impeccable. Salmon crudo and short ribs were a highlight. One party’s potatoes did come out lukewarm and it was quickly remedied. The range of gluten free options is one of the best I’ve seen so far in Chicago. Even a charcuterie board or French onion soup can be prepared gluten free. Cocktails by the glass are unique (especially the cucumber cocktail in a coupe glass). No complaints here other than attentiveness to the temperature of side dishes (although we appreciated that this was fixed as soon as it was mentioned).
