I am celiac, and from Austin. I love Torchy's very much, but they almost ALWAYS give me a flour tortilla when I ask for corn if it is takeout. I'm starving so I ate my damn tacos anyway, I will be sick tomorrow, thanks. Really disappointed this keeps happening because I grew up going to Torchys before moving here.

Really tasty fast-ish Mexican food, where you order at a counter and wait for your food, but the taste is so much better than fast food! The margaritas here are so good too. I am gluten free and was able to modify my tacos to have grilled shrimp instead of fried and have corn tortillas to ensure they were gluten free. The staff was knowledgeable about what was safe for me to eat.
