They have a gluten free menu you just have to ask! Most sides can be gluten free, just make sure to specify an allergy—ask for corn tortillas and no chips(shared fryer). I am extremely symptomatic and have had no issues here. Brushfire is my fave with poblano ranch!

I feel like it used to be good but has been going downhill! They also should make gluten free flour tortillas ! Would be nice to see more GF options
