Based in Austin, Torchy's is a hip local taco joint with several locations. My favorites are the Mr. Orange and the Independent. Hubby likes the Ranch Hand, and he likes to try the rotating specials. Their guac is excellent, as are their chips. Their coffee is okay. They used to have gluten free brownies, but those seemed to be lost to COVID?
