The food quality was not great although the amount of filling was good. However, two of our orders arrived incorrect. We ordered the green chile queso dip and were given guacamole and my order (tipsy chick) arrived with flour tortillas when I ordered corn. I didn't address the guacamole mistake because I was more focused on the tortilla issue due to going gluten-free, but the waitress was quick to have the kitchen correct the mistake. The turn around on the correction was almost instant which lead me to believe nothing is being prepared fresh, which also explained why the chicken in my order was practically cold. Definitely not worth the ~$50 we spent on four tacos, queso dip (but was given guacamole) and two side orders of beans and rice. Although, their beans and rice were good, but it was the only thing that came out hot from the kitchen. Save your money!
Separate from the blurb above, I would also like to add that the staff doesn't seem to know how to keep busy. For the duration of our meal there was a young woman behind the bar chatting with her colleague quiet loudly about her friend's personal problems. While I'm all for a little gossip now and then, she didn't seem to know how audible she was in such an empty establishment.
