Tortilla Cheshire Oaks

Every time we come to Cheshire Oaks Tortilla, the staff are faultless! My eldest child and my wife have coeliacs, and as soon as we communicate this with the staff, they wipe everything down and change gloves to avoid cross contamination. On this visit, Alaina and Jasmine looked after us exceptionally well. They prepared a beautiful burrito bowl for my eldest with care and consideration. I can’t thank the staff and management here enough for impressing these values and ensuring that this is a safe place for us all to eat. Best of all, the staff are always super friendly. As a family of four with two of us having Coeliac disease and needing to be gluten free, eating out can be tricky. When we come to Tortilla, we always feel safe and our dietary requirements are taken seriously. Each time we have been Matt has cleaned down worktops, changed gloves and made all the staff working on the line that they need to be careful of cross contamination. We’ve also had just as considerate service from Caine too. It is so helpful for these steps to be taken naturally and saves us feeling awkward when it comes to ordering. The food is amazing and good value too with all four of us able to find something to eat and the bill coming under £30. A big thanks to Matt and the staff for the wonderful service, we’ll be back soon.
