Toscano Bistro

I went on the soft opening night and had a wonderful time. I ate the calamari and Mediterranean cavatappi with a French martini. The atmosphere is beautiful and feels like a NYC restaurant not VT! Each table had its own water, ambient lightning and oil/vinegar for personal use. It felt very romantic, and was nice and quiet despite being fully booked! Nice to know there is an italian restaurant that someone with celiac can eat at. Food was delicious and so were the homemade cannolis! Overall I can’t wait to go again and bring out of own guests to visit!
