Train front staff better, I asked if you offered anything gluten free and they said no - while there for a baxters event. I am now reading here you do. As someone with celiac it doesn't earn my trust if front staff don't even understand dietary restrictions or what the restaurant offers - let alone trust them to inform kitchen properly.
