My granddaughter chose Toulouse Cafe and Bar to celebrate her birthday. Excellent choice, the service was great and the food we ordered was delicious. Toulouse Cafe and Bar is located in Legacy West, the address is 7301 Windrose Ave, Suite C-150 Plano, TX Phone: 1972943-6216 They are vegetarian friendly and they offer Gluten free options. I highly recommend making a reservation The restaurant is accessible to all.

Had to update my review as of the 13th of June 2025- Bradley was an excellent waiter, he was incredibly knowledgeable about all of the different wine pairings and he was incredibly attentive and accommodating of one of our friends having Celiac disease and provided us all of the gluten free options. I haven’t had such excellent service in a while and he definitely left an impression on us all and we were pleasantly impressed. The Escargot were the best I’ve had in the metroplex, the Duck Confit was delicious, their truffle fries are a must have! I highly recommend this restaurant for brunch or dinner! As of 2023- Beautiful atmosphere, delicious food. The eggs Benedict were delicious and the caviar tacos were full of flavor. Very respectful, polite and attentive staff. Valet is also available and is very convenient and helpful.
