What an experience! Congratulations to the establishment for not only having excellent food, but also caring about people with celiac disease. They proposed washing the items so they could be served without the risk of contamination, I've never seen that before. They took more care than I have in my own home. Congratulations to the establishment and keep it up. I will definitely come back more often
