My husband and I visit for the afternoon tea. We were early but was able to be sat right away. The staff were friendly, fast and attentive. The venue is just the loveliest place; clean and beautiful. Those thing are very important to me, however the most exquisite part of our dining is experience is the availability of delicious gluten free sandwiches, pastries, and scones. I was able to forget I was gluten free for a couple of hours. I am looking forward to returning next time we are in London.

Wonderful afternoon tea at the Townhouse, Kensington Hotel--a highlight of our trip. The readily available gluten-free option was delicious--sandwiches, savories and sweets--beautifully presented. The teas were excellent and the service (led by Thomas) was outstanding. Highly recommend.
