The food is good, the service is friendly and professional. The quality of food varies (11th Ave), and the additional cost of making the sandwich gluten free makes toxic burger an expensive choice, but it's one of the few burger joints in town that offer gf options, and the food is quite good. The basket of fries is definitely worth the price and their fry sauce is a must! 4/5 because the prices of their sandwiches seems high.

We eat here probably once or twice a week since they opened in Springfield. The food is always great. They have never messed up an order, even when we are ordering meals for six! The restaurant is always clean and the drive through is efficient. The burgers, fries, chicken are all delicious. The shakes are generously sized and the old fashioned kind that are thick and decadent. My kids have Celiac disease and this is one place they can safely eat with no worries at all!
