I typically don't expect much service from fast casual restaurants; however, Edward went above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. He not only accommodated our requests (rice to greens ratio, cooked protein) and delivered our food to our table, but he also surprised my mom with a cookie after overhearing that it was her birthday. Food-wise, my mom and I each ordered a Nourish Bowl ($13.50), with hers being Beet + Pear, Southwest Quinoa, and Seared BC Albacore Tuna (+$7), and mine being Curried Cauliflower and Wild Mushroom Ditalini. Both bowls were refreshing and satisfying, with our favourite market side being the cauliflower. All of the market sides look to be vegetarian, with gluten free and vegan options available. I don’t think the additional protein is really necessary or of value compared to the market sides. Ambience-wise, this location was great with its high ceilings, natural light, and clean aesthetic. It's also conveniently located on Robson Street, so it's perfect for a quick lunch or break while shopping.
