(Also applies to River Island Grilling Co. They do have a dedicated fryer and GF buns but their tortilla chips are not safe.

Very fun place to stop for a bite or a meal- we ate on the patio, overlooking the pool. The brisket sandwiches and fries were just right- flavorful and served hot. They also have gluten-free buns and a gluten-free fryer.
