(Also applies to River Island Grilling Co. inside) They are very good at following GF protocol and the chef is good at explaining how they will modify your order to make sure it’s safe. They do have a dedicated fryer and GF buns but their tortilla chips are not safe.

Very fun place to stop for a bite or a meal- we ate on the patio, overlooking the pool. The brisket sandwiches and fries were just right- flavorful and served hot. They also have gluten-free buns and a gluten-free fryer.
