A person in our group has celiacs and we came here because they advertised gluten free options. She spoke to the manager to double check that they’d be able to keep her food gluten free & he promised. Food arrived, she took a couple bites - the bread did not seem gluten free. She asked about it, the verified that it was regular bread and said the kitchen had messed up the orders and sorry. That was it. Didn’t offer her a refund just “oops, sorry we mixed them up.” Currently I’m sitting in our hotel with my friend as she throws up, we had bought tickets to the Tower if London for after lunch that we can’t use because of it so now not only did she pay for a lunch she couldn’t eat, but we lost the money for our tickets & wont get to see the tower at all because we leave in the morning.
