Love that they have a gluten-free menu! Waiter saw I was looking it up on my phone and offered a physical copy as well which was way nicer!

Ordered a gluten free role with *celiac* selected, meaning I pay $1 extra per role to have it prepared in a separate area away from the gluten, and I eat the role when I noticed there is fried shrimp in it. I’ve ordered this role 20 times and never has it had fried shrimp. I call and ask to make sure the fried shrimp is gluten free and the manager informs me that sometimes the chef “switches things up” and decided to do friend tempera shrimp tonight, in which the batter is gluten free, but the oil in which they fry it in is shared with gluten. Thank you so much trappers for the sickness I will now have and for the $1 extra I paid for it to be “celiac” 👍
