Des, our server, was very attentive and made sure that our order was correct. We had to make some substitutions based on food allergies, which can be stressful, but she and Kevin, the sushi chef, ensured that we all got what we needed. Trappers is our favorite sushi restaurant and we highly recommend it, especially for someone who has food allergies. (They have a dedicated gluten free menu!)
