always amazing! and they have a gluten free menu, with training and knowledge on how to avoid cross contamination to the best of their abilities. I recommend not substituting for soy paper if you can tolerate it, but that's my opinion on taste. also, sit at the bar if possible for all you can eat!! it's fun to chat with the chefs and witness how they roll. don't forget, you can ask for a substitution, like raw salmon instead of cooked and such.

Gluten-free rolls were amazing! First time at an all you can eat and it was worth it!
