Trasca & Co Eatery

For us Gluten Sensitive folks, they have gluten-free dough. I got the Greekopolis Panino. (See pic) It was tasty. 😋 If I break out in the next 48 hours, I'll update my review. But for now, I am completely elated!

I really like this restaurant. The gluten-free pizza is good. Nice crust, made just the way I like it, with crispy edges. I do wish they had more choices for toppings, I like roasted red peppers and sauted or carmelized onions ( both of which they don't offer). I had chicken and spinach, which was delicious 😋 My husband had mushrooms. Also had a Trasca salad. Delicious, too. The restaurant is counter order, and you're given a number, and you sit where you want. They have a nice outdoor area and they have a bar next door. Sometimes they have live music. It's nice. The restaurant is tucked away in the back of Sawgrass Village Shopping Center. Service is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful. Every time we're in town, we eat there.
