Very central location a stone's throw from the Duomo.
We ate really well, 100% typical Orvieto cuisine.
A special mention for the selection of cheeses, the baffo with sage and tomato vinegar and a round of applause for the broad bean and bacon carbonara.
The celiac diner was able to choose and eat the same dishes as us but in a gluten free version.
We will definitely be back.
