I love the food here. I usually get it door dashed, but I came here this evening with my family. I never received my Caprese Salad, which was my main course. My mother and son ordered a 12” gluten free pizza and got that in a timely manner and they really enjoyed that, but I never got my food. I waited patiently and the server finally came out and asked if we needed anything. I just asked for it to be boxed up. I’m very disappointed. I’ve spent a lot of money here in the past. UPDATE: The wonderful manager made it right and took my salad off the ticket. The server came back to the table and apologized. I am very impressed. I spoke with both of them and they were both extremely nice. I will continue to patronize this business as I have in the past. As I said previously, the food is excellent.
