I loved the gluten-free pizza! The staff asked right at the start if anyone had any allergies and, upon my reply, immediately brought gluten-free breadsticks. Almost everything is gluten-free, and I noticed that the pizza dough is homemade. Crispy and moist. Simply a dream. As an allergy sufferer, you eventually become frugal and take what you can get, even if it's something you don't feel like eating at the time, but that wasn't the case here, as I had a huge selection. I still rave about it.
