Trattoria Sarda - Actually, I should have written a review after my first visit. I've been there twice now, and both times I ate so well that I thought about eating for days afterwards.
In addition to some basic dishes (especially starters, pasta and pizzas), there is a slightly dynamic daily menu - this ensures that all ingredients are fresh. There is always a large selection of Sardinian dishes. Very tasty fish and meat dishes - but also vegetarian delicacies.
I didn't discover any vegan dishes per se on the menu - but since the service team is very approachable, you can definitely make sure that there's something available by calling ahead.
On my second visit, there was a person in our group with celiac disease (gluten intolerance). I called quickly to make sure it was possible to get a gluten-free dish (we were thinking a salad or something). We were completely surprised when we arrived - the waitress immediately noticed that there was at least one gluten-free person sitting with us and was able to give good advice about which dishes were possible (almost all of them) and which were not (bruschetta, for example). Then gluten-free bread actually appeared and since there was also gluten-free pasta on site (thanks to the call), the person was able to choose almost all the dishes as normal. Fantastic.
However, it is important to call in advance (at best the day before) to make sure that everything is there.
I will definitely go here more often and feast my way through the entire menu - it's nice that you exist, Trattoria Sarda.
