Went here to celebrate our anniversary & while our server wasn’t the friendliest, their authentic Italian food made up for it. Everything we tried was phenomenal, especially the meatballs! Also, the ciabatta bread is made with Italian flour and didn’t hurt my gluten sensitive stomach. Win-Win!Trattoria Sbandati is probably our fav Italian restaurant splurge in Bend.

No photos, we inhaled the food! Authentic recipes, quality ingredients and unparalleled service. Allergy friendly with gluten-free and nondairy items. Don’t let the modest appearance fool you, this is the real thing. 🇮🇹 You do not have to order multiple courses.Great wine menu and excellent location, too. Make a reservation, they fill up fast and will not seat you. If you’re with a large group, come early for a wine tasting next door. We will tell all our friends. 🍷
