The gluten free pene with Bolagnase was a standout, bursting with flavor and perfectly balanced. However the shrimp cocktail melted in my mouth, proving that the chef truly understands the art of cooking. Service was impeccable. Our server aka owner was attentive, offering expert recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. The attention to detail, from plating to presentation, was next level. This place is amazing. I can't say enough. True authenticity in the food, and from the people that serve it. We were visiting for the weekend and had dinner here our first night. There are so many great restaurants in Montreal, and we still felt compelled to come back to this one again before departing Montreal. The owner/staff are truly amazing and truly Italian. Also, a great gluten-free pasta. 10 stars if I could.
