Trattoria Trullo

I recently dined at Trattoria Trullo for the fourth time - and this review is long overdue! It is always an exceptional experience from start to finish. I appreciate they offer gluten friendly options and the authentic Italian dishes are to die! The menu offers seasonal faire and my new favorites are the squash blossoms, crudo, and the Pesto Spaghetti with green beans. My staples: the focaccia (Tip: if you call in advance of your reservation, they can usually make you a gluten free focaccia! AND I recommend you try each dip option!) and rigatoni bolognese. The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service make the dining even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to the fabulous GM, Jill, who always goes above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect. Highly recommend this restaurant for a true taste of Italy!

The presentation of food was beautiful, and the flavors blended beautifully together. The artichoke and mushroom appetizer are to die for. These alone will bring me back over and over again. My husband loved the Focaccia, pasta, his main dish, and his chocolate cake slice. They don't have a liquor license, but they serve tasteful drinks regardless. We will be coming back. Thank you for an amazing experience. If you have Celiac, they do offer a gluten-free Focaccia, but the flour they use is the Caputo gluten-free flour that contains wheat starch (personally, I react to this so I steer clear) just wanted to give a fair warning ⚠️
