Trattoria Vinosus

It’s located in what I had - wrongly - assumed would be a tourist thoroughfare. Vinosus is set back and provides a very quaint atmosphere, and with a beautiful ceiling mural. We were the only ones in on a random December Sunday, and the service and food were fantastic. We got the cacio e pepe, carbonara, the local salami and cheese plate, and the beef cheek, all of which I would highly recommend. In addition, the prices are beyond fair, fantastic value. Gluten free choices and tagliatelle.

What about a spectacular terrace overlooking the cathedral... Suggestive location... An up-to-date staff who explains every dish on the menu and more... Also prepared for those who have gluten intolerance problems because they bring you bread suitable and the first courses are easily replaced with Gluten free pasta... And they were also very kind and allowed us to bring our large dog (Rhodesian Ridgeback).... Excellent quality... And they also have a selection of particular rums .. As well as excellent wines...
