I'll just start by saying that I have Celiac disease and wanted to check this place out as I'd heard that they had gluten free options. I did not disclose this to anyone, as I shouldn't have to talk about my disease, especially when the menu seemed to point out GF options. I also don't seem to have a problem with shared equipment with my food preparation, so I just choose from menus based on what I know is naturally gluten free or is specified. I ordered Buckwheat waffles (specified GF on the menu), seasoned home FRIED potatoes, and bacon. We get the food and the waffle was just straight-up cold. Butter didn't melt on it at all. I ate half. I'm eating these potatoes and I start to realize there's like, a crust on them, and little fried pieces of non-potato. We ask the waitress if these potatoes have something on them and were informed they were tossed in flour, salt, and pepper!!! I have never in my life seen home fried potatoes with ANYTHING but seasonings and oil. I was horrified as I'd already eaten half of them. I thankfully pointed this out to my mother who also has Celiac and had also gotten the potatoes. If you want to tout about having gluten free options, you need to make a separate gluten free menu on it's OWN or mark whether each item is GF. I never would have guessed that fried breakfast potatoes would be anything but POTATO! Looking at this menu, is the "FRIED" in all capital letters supposed to indicate something? It's a shame because the atmosphere is amazing and it smells great in there. But, a quick glace at the menu should be simple. A misunderstanding, yes. But, like I said, I shouldn't have to come into a restaurant and let everyone know I have a disease and need walked through the menu. We don't want to be made to feel like we need help to eat. There was a mini-menu on the table that showed alternatives, but it wasn't like a menu for ordering a full meal. I feel like a separate sub-menu somewhere on the regular menu would solve this problem. This menu needs work.

Absolutely incredible gluten free options with dedicated equipment. Every single thing I've had has been amazing. It's not easy to find a place that offers gluten free baked goods...let alone ones that taste so great!
