If you're searching for a very light gluten free pastry, go there!
3 of them are gluten free + the macarons. I hate pastries with too much sugar and it was really enjoyable to taste their pastries. The GF chocolate cake is wonderful, quite light, not tough to eat and digest. A little bit more of walnuts would be great to empower their flavour and crunchy inside. One touch of icing sugar on the top, not too much.
The sticky choco ball is genius. Put in hot chocolate and cooled it permits to have a unique shape for each of them. Crunchy outside and in the middle, it's a mix between coconut?, date paste, and cinnamon? Perfect boost to continue or finish the day without another snack!
It's a calm place, easy to speak to and with the team.
