As a coeliac I first thought there was not a big option of gluten free food for me for dinner. However, the staff were very understanding and brought Chef Susylla to talk to me and he explained that he could make most of what was on the menu gluten free. Chef Susylla would meet me at breakfast to discuss the options and have them ready to go for dinner. The three courses of food were great and made it a very relaxing and delicious experience for me. They also have a number of trainees working there and the two trainees who looked after us were Lucky and Ayu who both are very efficient and friendly. Margaritas were good. I recommend the chocolate sorbet, guacamole and octopus salad.
