Treendale Farm Hotel

We enjoy the food from here and have visited multiple times. Always quick service, family friendly with a playground, kids menu and multiple places to sit around the venue, great value for money. I like the grilled fish and chips as I'm a Coeliac.

Was looking forward to trying this place as Two Bays Brewing Company advertised they had gluten free beer on tap. When I asked for a pint of this I was looked at like I was stupid as they didn’t have any. Then after being served our meal a rather rude young girl abruptly placed a large reserved sign on our table for about an our later, between us, which then we felt we couldn’t leisurely finish our meal, as we were on a time limit. The restaurant was half full and there were lots of free tables she could have placed the sign on. There was no explanation or apology. We were completely ignored. We felt really annoyed and made to feel unwelcome. It’s a shame as the meal wasn’t too bad. Wouldn’t recommend it if you want good service.

The great staff were very friendly and efficient. I was able to get a great cider from beer farm and a gluten free pizza, which is not on offer many places.
