Atmosphere and people were nice. I tried their new Mac & cheese for something simple and i was wildly dissapointed. The noodles were super high quality so they seriously clashed with the cheap overly powder based cheese. Id reccomend the following: melt butter in the pot, fry shallots in there, 3/4 cups parmesan and 1 cup sharp cheddar. 2 cups whole milk. 1 & 1/2 tablespoon of flour or to make it gluten-free with gf noodles, potato starch. Them mix it all together and you just made the sauce from scratch. Its so much better and barely requires more effort.
