On a sweltering 95°F+ day, a sorbet push pop is an excellent treat. I was able to try 3 flavors on my visit: calamansi, mango con tajin, and passionfruit mimosa. We all thought the passionfruit mimosa was the best! The alcohol probably contributed to a softer texture, which was quite pleasant, and the flavor was excellent. The mango con tajin was exactly as expected, refreshing with a slight hit of salt and spice. The calamansi flavor, which is listed as tart Filipino lime, was much sweeter than expected. I wanted a more punchy flavor but sadly ended up not finishing the pop because it got to be cloying. Be warned, especially on a ridiculously hot day, there will be melting! The staff provide you with small bags and I didn't realize that I should have used the bag to protect my hands from all the stickiness until it was too late. As someone with a gluten allergy, it was great to have creative flavor options of sorbet and there are also at least 1 or 2 ice cream sandwiches that are gluten free as well.
